In a previous post, I coined the term "ramakism". However, I didn't provide a definition of the underlying concept, perhaps because examples speak more loudly than theory in some cases.
One of the characteristics of that concept is that the ramakists will do anything to become partners in any juicy deal in the area (usually a whole country) which they consider their playground.
